Nick Scott is a dynamic leader and innovation enthusiast with a remarkable history of transforming organizations in both public and private sectors. He's been at the forefront of change in global public service, most notably leading a groundbreaking Life Event Service Transformation project in the UAE. As the former Director of Innovation Services at the Government of Canada's Digital Academy, Nick led critical digital transformation and capability-building initiatives. In New Brunswick, his tenure as Executive Director of Open Government and Innovation fostered a culture of innovation while collaboratively addressing a variety of policy challenges. Nick's expertise extends to academia, where he inspires future leaders as a part-time lecturer at the University of New Brunswick. Currently, as CEO of ShiftFlow Innovation + Design, a global boutique change agency, he continues to drive innovation and positive change. Nick's dedication and leadership make innovation more than a buzzword; it's a mission to make life better for everyone.
