Most Innovative Startup art piece

Meet the 2023 Most Innovative Startup winner, Picketa Systems here.

Metamorphosis

This artwork symbolizes the growth and development of an innovative startup, from a small seed of an idea into a thriving business. This design not only embodies the essence of innovation but also offers a visually striking and elegant representation of the journey from idea to success.

The harvested birch bark forms the foundation of this piece. The transformative element lies in its quilled lid, which can be likened to a cocoon on the cusp of metamorphosis. It encapsulates the notion that innovation is not confined to a singular moment but is an ever-evolving process, much like the transformation of a caterpillar into a butterfly. As a startup blossoms and matures, it undergoes a transformation, emerging stronger and more beautiful than ever before.

Moreover, this artwork incorporates tanned salmon skin, further connecting us to the rich tapestry of our natural surroundings. The salmon skin bears the marks of resilience and adaptation, mirrors the entrepreneurial journey. This reminds us that just as salmon navigate upstream against the current to fulfill their life's purpose, so do innovative startups as they strive to overcome challenges and reach new heights.
